The 25th Annual General Meeting of the Ulster Architectural Heritage Society

Notice and Agenda of the 25th Annual General Meeting of the Ulster Architectural Heritage Society

at 7:00pm on Thursday 8th June 2023.

This meeting will be held in the Old Museum Building and also online via Zoom. Please note which ticket you require when booking. Members only. Booking is essential.
The annual reports will be available in advance. A link to the reports will also be sent to all attendees.
The President, Mrs Primrose Wilson CBE will chair the meeting.
In order to help us manage the meeting, members are asked to submit any questions about the annual reports and accounts, or submit any other matters of business by email to [email protected]  or by leaving a message by telephone to 02890 550 213, no later than 5pm on Tuesday 6th June.  A response will be made available at the meeting.
Following the business of the meeting the guest speaker will be Ms Mary McGee from Forth Chapel, Augher, the winners of the  National Churches Trust, UK Church of the Year.

  3. Approval of Accounts for year ended 31st December 2022
  4. Report on the activities of the Society during 2022 by the Chairman
  5. Election of officers and members
  6. Appointment of Ross Boyd (Belfast) Limited as Independent Examiners for ensuing year
  7. Any other notified business
  8. Guest Speaker. Ms Mary McGee Forth Chapel, Augher.

Access Information
UAH uses zoom as its digital conferencing tool (www.zoom.us). Access to the AGM requires advance booking via our website at ulsterarchitecturalheritage.org.uk/events. Once you have booked, a confirmation will be emailed to you with instructions. The Meeting Controller will manage all entrants in order to ensure an adequate connection for participants, thereby ensuring a suitable video feed without interference or excess buffering. Zoom allows interaction amongst all participants, which we will manage accordingly. We will ask that all microphones are muted unless speaking to the meeting. We will explain arrangements in greater detail with your booking confirmation. Please remember to give any comments or questions in advance.
