** Postponed** Visit: Dromore & Banbridge – Members Only*

16th May 2020 @ 10:30 am - 4:00 pm

$20

** Postponed** Due to the Covid-19 virus, and with the wellbeing of our attendees and staff in mind, this event has been postponed until further notice.

Our visit to Dromore and Banbridge includes two rural listed private homes and the Cathedral Church in the historic centre of Dromore.

The day starts with coffee at Sylvan Hill, a Georgian gem whose name still reflects its gentle, wooded setting. From here we travel into Dromore to see the Cathedral, a seventeenth century church with a fascinating history. For lunch members will have time either to sample local fayre in the town centre, or to take their own picnic in the scenic Town Park. In the afternoon, our final treat is the delightful Kilmacrew House. Set in extensive ornamental gardens, Kilmacrew also holds important literary links and has a great story to tell. Afternoon tea concludes the event. Please note, transport is not provided.

*Members Only, £20 including tea & coffee.
