Marion will be focussing particularly on the traditional celebration of Christmas and Advent. The event will be broadcast via zoom from 11am.<\/p>\n<p>Sadly, due to circumstances beyond our control we have had to cancel the in-person portion of the event at the Old Museum Building.<\/p>\n<p>FREE and Open to All (Booking Essential)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dr Marion McGarry\u00a0is an Irish historian based in Sligo.\u00a0Author of four books, she is also a heritage consultant and illustrator.\u00a0She\u00a0lectures at Galway Mayo Institute of Technology (GMIT). She has\u00a0a Master&#8217;s Degree in art history (University of Limerick) and\u00a0a\u00a0PhD (Ulster University).
