Terms and Conditions<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Interpretation<\/p>\n \u2018the UAH\u2019 means Ulster Architectural Heritage.<\/p>\n \u2018the Markets Officer\u2019 means the Markets Development Officer appointed by the<\/p>\n council, and includes his duly authorised representatives.<\/p>\n \u2018the Market\u2019 means St George\u2019s Market, Belfast.<\/p>\n ‘the event’ means Bake a Building on the 29th October 2018<\/p>\n which this stall is given are correct in all respects.<\/p>\n (a) use the stallage space only for the sale of permitted goods;<\/p>\n (b) comply at all times with the bye-laws in force with respect to the Market and<\/p>\n all legislation in force relevant to the sale of his goods or produce;<\/p>\n (c) not cause any nuisance or annoyance, or use abusive language, to any other<\/p>\n person at the Market;<\/p>\n (d) remove all his goods from the Market within one hour of the close of the<\/p>\n Event;<\/p>\n (e) forthwith comply with any proper instruction given by the UAH and\/or Markets Officer in connection with the enforcement of the conditions of this stall.<\/p>\n than \u00a35M in respect of any one accident in regard to his business at the Market,<\/p>\n and shall produce at the request of the UAH and\/or Markets Officer the said policy and evidence<\/p>\n that it is in force.<\/p>\n person.<\/p>\n carried out by qualified electrician\/s and certificate supplied, (2) Gas appliance\/s<\/p>\n checked and passed by qualified CORGI engineer\/s and certificate supplied. These<\/p>\n tests are to be carried annually and by date of renewal. Any High<\/p>\n Risk food traders will be required to have their own facilities and those determined<\/p>\n as lower risk can share with one other adjacent trader. To determine which category<\/p>\n you may fit into please speak to your Environmental Health \u2013 Food Safety. It is the<\/p>\n responsibility of each trader to have their own wash hand facilities.<\/p>\n No one will be allowed to trade at the event unless they have the required<\/p>\n hand-washing facilities.
