With the company\u2019s first Engineer in Chief, William Hemingway Mills, at the helm a new style of polychromatic brick architecture emerged. In her presentation, PhD candidate at Trinity College Dublin, Siobhan Osgood will illustrate the examples of Mills\u2019 architecture in Ulster, showing its development from drawing board to a bold declaration of company identity. Siobhan was awarded the Industrial Archaeology Dissertation Prize, presented at the annual Society for Industrial Archaeology in Chicago, and is an Irish Research Council funded scholar.<\/p>\n<p>Members \u00a37.50, Non-Members \u00a310.
