2017 Awards
The 2017 categories and shortlisted applicants are below. The winners were announced at a special ceremony on Tuesday 7th November, at the Grand Opera House, Belfast. As part of the ceremony UAH and local singer song-writers staged ‘Buildings of Belfast: Heritage in Song’.
This award recognised volunteers and professionals, individuals and groups who have rescued a historic building.
This award recognises the contribution to heritage projects by young people up to and including the age of 25.
This award recognises a volunteer, professional individual or apprentice who has demonstrated the application of craft skills that have been key in repairing or rescuing a historic site.

This award recognises volunteers and professionals, individuals and groups who rescue, record or interpret any kind of historic place. This could be an archaeological site or scheduled monument.
