Open Heritage Belfast: Digitise to Preserve

7th December 2023 @ 10:00 am - 12:30 pm

Free

Join UAH supported by Belfast City Council for a continuation of the Open Heritage Belfast programme. This event will look at how groups and individuals can digitise their documents in order to preserve them for future generations.

Speakers include Sean Barden from Armagh County Museum and Brett Irwin from PRONI. This event is ideal for those wishing to know more about the process of digitising records and the benefits of doing so. It will show some techniques that are in use at present but also show what can be done on a smaller level.

This is a free event and includes tea or coffee on arrival.
