Maintenance Clinic part of Maintenance Week Northern Ireland 2019

21st November 2019 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Free

**Maintenance Week NI 2019 – Friday 15th – Friday 22nd November**

As the seasons change and move through autumn, towards winter, the physical stresses on buildings increase accordingly.

Regular, small scale maintenance is the most effective way to protect historic buildings from decay. The most common cause of damage is from water getting in, either from roofs, rainwater goods or exterior walls. A regular schedule of inspection of a property can help to identify the risk areas and put plans in the place for repair before damage occurs.

As part of Maintenance Week NI we are holding an afternoon clinic on Thursday 21st November between 2pm-4pm where you can avail of free maintenance advice and guidance from Marcus Patton, Conservation Architect and Dr Connie Gerrow, UAH Heritage Projects Officer. To avail of this book your time slot through the tickets below.
